With our sick visits this week, I did stumble across an interesting fact. Last year, 1/22/09, Avery & Davis weighed 32 and 31 lbs, respectively.

One year later, Avery is at 34, and Davis 38~ hahahaha- He has officially surpassed sis.

As if anyone doubted he would.

1. This will be my 1,278th post!! There isn't much you don't know about me by now!

2. Growing up, I wanted to be a country singer or a teacher.

3. I love the Greek culture. The countryside, the Food, the style, the beauty. My favorite thing to teach was Ancient Greece.

4.I gained 50 lbs with each pregnancy. (Which is why I am declaring 2010 the year I return to pre-baby weight!)

5. I have the best friends in the world. Ok that isnt all that interesting, but it is VERY important. I could not survive my day to day without them.

6. Nick and I, this summer, will have been together HALF of our LIVES.

7. My favorite book is The Great Gatsby.

Hibernation Day

Isn't she cute??? Last Friday, Avery's class had Hibernation day. All of the kids wore their pj's and they talked about how animals hibernate for the winter. Avery was so excited to get to wear her jammies to school!

Birthday Celebration #3

I LOVE that my birthday is in January. Otherwise, this cold, boring month would really stink. After our big race,Lori, Nicole, Mary Jo & I went out on the town to celebrate my birthday (and just being together!)

You might remember my post a while back about starting the Couch to 5K program

Well despite a broken toe, a move, the Christmas holiday craziness and a late joiner, the 3 of us did it! We ran it without stopping, which was the goal. 37 minutes was our time, not to shabby!

Sunday was my actual Birthday, and we went to Mom's for dinner. I can't seem to get any adults to pose for pictures:) but I managed to get lots of the cousins.I know I am biased, but are these not the cutest kids on the planet?!?!

Nick & I planned a date nite/dinner with friends Friday for my birthday. If you are wondering why Davis got to come.... Right when we pulled up at Village Pizza, Mom called & I could hear Davis screaming in the background. Aveyr had tried to clean his ear with a q-tip and it was gushing blood. So, Nicole & I dropped Nick of at VP while I went to check on Dayday. He was ok after awhile, but wanted Mommy. So he & I & Nicole went (a little late) to the party. It was a fun nite! Thanks guys for helping me celebrate!

So Davis has had a few trims, but this is the first reall hair CUT. He really looks grown up. Where is my baby!?!

2nd annual Eve of the Eve

On the night before New Year's Eve, Nick, Nicole & me headed to Mj & Nate's house to celebrate. It was a nite full of so much fun, laughs, & memories, it wouldn't be fair to post it here. Besides, what happens in Nashvegas, stays in Nashvegas. HA!
