My Parties!

Can I say I love my job!!! I got to have 2 Halloween parties, one with my M/W class and another for my T/Th class. They were all adorable. Lori & I dressed up as a cowboy & Indian, and the kids loved it.

DayDay's class had a pumpkin hunt for his party- It was TOO cute! He had a ball. He was a Dragon, but as you can see, he was hot and not too happy about it.

We have succesfully celebrated Davis all week. And he deserves it. We love you sweet little man and hope that the 2's are TERRIFIC.

We celebrated the boys birthday today with a party at Ivy's. It was very low-key, family only, and wonderful!!!

Thanks Ivy for hosting and everyone who came. I hinted to Avery that a small party with just cousins was just as fun as a big party....no dice. This girl wants a blow out come December. Watch out.

The perfect pumpkin

Pumpkin Patch

Wednesday, the kids and I went to Lyons Pumpkin Patch with our preschool.


It was in Tennessee, and it was gorgeous.


Avery spotted the swing first...


And Davis wanted ME to go with him on the big slide.


It didn't take long for him to go alone, and soon he & Avery were sliding together.

But decided to weigh his options


He went with a baby pumpkin


There was a petting zoo, DayDay loved the calf.


And THIS was the hit of the day- I had to drag him out of this kicking and screaming!



Avery began her quest for the perfect pumpkin


She was running everywhere trying to pick the best one.


And insisted on carrying her own bag.
