LLBC Princess Breakfast

Saturday, Avery and I went to Princess Breakfast at Preschool. The upstairs was transformed into a beautiful royal ball. It was all about how wonderful it is to be a princess, expecially remembering girls are God's princesses.

Avery got up early to roll her hair, put on makeup, paint her nails, and get all dressed up. I did the same, snapped some photos, and we were off.

During the breakfast, they learned how important it is to be beautiful like a princess on the inside as well as the out. I read a story to the little girls, and Avery participated in a the princess activites. She even won a door prize (to which she thinks SHE won the best princess award). What a fun morning. I am blessed to work at such a great place.

Still here!

The blog has been quiet...and its not for lack of needing something to talk about! This beautiful weather and busy schedule has kept me away from the computer.

Avery is a social butterfly and had 3 parties to attend in the past week.

Davis is now an expert tricyclist which has led to several afternoon trips to Riley P's.

I am loving my new neighborhood. We are outside every day for several hours and its fun to always have someone to hang out with!

Nick is working on his Father of the year award by watching ths kids all weekend so I can go on a girls trip....
And reffing Soccer on Saturdays.

Whats going on with you? Don't you just love this time of year?!?

Ducks and Pucks

Nick and I decided to take advantage of the beautiful afternoon and headed to Huntsville. We took the kids to Big Spring Park. They loved feeding the ducks and especially the fish. It is so pretty out there right now- if you live in the area you need to go!

Then we went to a Havoc game. Nick has taken Avery a few times, and we've went once as a family and several times just Nick and I, so all 4 of us were excited about this game. It was the playoffs and it was so exciting! It ended up Going into OT and the Havoc won. Davis had a BALL! He talked about it all day today! It amazes me how he cant sit thru an hour of church but he was fine for over 3 hours of Hockey. lol

Avery & Dayday were so excited aout the Easter Bunny this year. The woke up Sunday morning and ran to the dining room to see what all was in their baskets. Davis' favorite prize was a water gun, and Avery's was an art set.

I brought my camera to church because I kidded that Davis wouldnt make it home before getting dirty. Its a good thing I DID! He pooped his pants on the way to MawMaws and ran naked the rest of the afternoon. Thankfully we got some pictures out back after services Sunday morning.
