Farmin'

Date nite!

Last nite, Nick & I went out for our anniversary. We went to eat,(thanks Nana&Papa for watching the kids), went to a VIPERS game(thanks Alex&Laura), and then Nick, Brit & I met ELizabeth, Jim & some of our other friends for the benefit concert for Will Haney. It was a FUN nite. Its so nice to get a break every once in a while:)

Nite with the Stars

Friday nite we took the kids to their first STARS game. This was Davis's first baseball game too. (Avery as been to see the Braves)

It was sooo hot. But it was fun! Nick & I havent been to a game since high school.

I can't believe Davis is actually watching in this picture. It was probably the only time all evening.

What's a baseball game without the Big NUMBER 1?

In action

Davis was not very interested. As most everyone knows, he does not remain seated very well. I think we will try again when he's 3. This was the best part of the game- it cooled off, Davis fell asleep, and we enjoyed a WIN!

Side note: NICK is such a softie. He bought the foam fingers, they put them on once, and were done. Avery whined for a horn the rest of the nite. Then, he bought nachos. Davis and I ate a few, then he slapped them out of my hand all over the ground. The rest of the nite was spent trying to avoid cheese sauce. Finally, he got them a big Lemonade, to which they drank a few sips and then splashed in it

Bowling for Matthew

My nephew stayed with Nana & Papa this week and Avery & Davis got lots of fun playtime with him. Wednesday we went bowling, one of Matthew's favorite activities.

Avery got a strike! Here she is with the lucky pink ball.

This was the "score." Although Davis only bowled once, & the kids reallly didn't stay in order- I figure Matthew probably won.

Papa even stopped in on his lunch break.

Nana helping Avery with the ramp thingy...

So Davis was not too interested in bowling. Here he is making plans for later. Guess we were boring.

He did like keeping score.

And racing the car. He is obsessed with cars & tractors these days.

Ms. Priss was surprisingly pretty darn good at bowling!

Now that's what I call a nap

Just a Sang-in'

Todd organized a wonderful Williams Family Singing-on Father's Day, complete with food and all the cousins! It was so uplifting and FUN! I am truly blessed to have such an awesome extended family.

One of George's friends brought his taping equipment & will be making us a CD. I think Davis was supervising to make sure his tracks made the cut.lol

I have no idea where Avery gets the "wanting to perform gene" from.

In Action!

WHen they weren't disrupting the microphones, the kiddos had fun on their own.
Avery & Matthew loved swinging.

DayDay & Matthew wrestled on the couch.

And Davis was obsessed with Papa's motorcycle.

Our youngest WILLIAMS FAMILY BAND singer, Philip.

Here are some shots of what we do best, besides singing, eating!

For Daddy-from Avery & Davis

WE LOVE DADDY BECAUSE:

He plays with us!(And lets us do things Mommy might be too scared to...)

He takes us to "Hof-ee" games...He's so much fun!

He teaches us how to do fun things like ride the tractor.

He always has a cuddle or a hug when we need it.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY!WE LOVE YOU!

The recital

On the way to the VBC! She looks so grown up in her make-up!

Posing after the show

The happy fam, minus Davis. Mom watched him- we didn't think he would make it through a 3 hour recital!

With Nana & Papa

Heading in for stage call. She was such a big girl and wanted to carry her basket by herself!

This is Avery's favorite part- jumping!

In action...

Take a bow, precious baby girl. She was the youngest and smallest out there- but you would never know it. She did so well!

Avery's other favorite part-getting flowers!

Mommy & Daddy brought her the band in a box she's been wanting.

Celebrating afterwards with a milkshake!
